If you are looking for an exchange on a defective lamp, we try to keep our turnaround time down. However, we cannot ship an exchange lamp until we have the tracking number for the old lamp on its way back to our offices.
Once we have received the tracking number from you, the exchange will ship within 24 hours.
MyProjectorLamps 180-Day guarantee is automatically applied to every lamp purchased with us.
Full Refund Limitations
*Full refunds are available up to 30 days after receiving the lamp, and will be refunded by the same pay method as purchased. Exchanges will be available up to 180 days after receiving the lamp.
Each lamp that is returned to our office will be tested by our returns department with a lamp/bulb tester. Any lamp returned that is not defective will be subject to a $200 HKD restocking fee.
Any products returned must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
