Do I have to replace both bulbs at once or can I replace one at a time? Will it still be compatible with the other bulb that's still in the projector? Asked by Rose S. On Jan 08, 2025

This all depends on which projector you have, so please check your projector's manual for guidance. If you want to change the lamp, both lamp indicators need to be red, and both lamps need to be replaced. But if one lamp indicator is red and the other indicator is green, then only one lamp needs to be replaced. What the lamp indicators mean can vary depending on which projector you have, so check your manual for the meanings of the lamp indicators.
