Question Answered

I have an issue with a replacement bulb I bought for my 5030UB. It emits a high pitched buzzing in Normal mode and an alarm beeping in ECO mode. The original bulb does not do this. Will this bulb emit those same noises? Asked by Jeff M. On Dec 08, 2020

It should not emit the high pitch buzzing or an alarm beeping. Perhaps the lamp is defective, or the connection has a problem. Try taking out the lamp and re-inserting to see if that clears up the buzzing. If not, please contact us and we can process and exchange for you.
